WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Director of Account Management & Growth Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of NeoPollard Interactive (NPi) and help shape the evolution of the iLottery industry in North America. 

 

Reporting directly to the Vice President and General Manager of NPi, you will lead several account focused growth teams comprised of multi-disciplinary experts within NPi and across our parent companies (Pollard Banknote and Neogames). 

 

You will directly manage a team of dynamic and high performing Account Managers. You will provide visionary leadership to the account management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Working directly with the General Manager, you will advocate for a growth mindset and be accountable for creating and managing annual customer growth plans that meet (and exceed) NPi revenue objectives.  

 

Working within the NPi and across our parent companies based in Canada and Israel you will create annual plans with key initiatives (internally and with the customer) that drive growth.  You will also ensure individual departments (Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, Account Management) are clear on their deliverables to support the growth plan.

 

Importantly you will work daily with our customers and within the business to motivate and monitor execution of plans and lead monthly KPI based check-ins to monitor progress to goal and recommend any adjustments/changes if necessary.

 

This position requires a versatile leader with excellent analytical and communication skills.  You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record leading teams within a matrixed organization and building trusted effective relationships with strategic customers.   Working alongside the GM and Vice President of NPi you will manage and develop customer relationships acting as an advocate for our customers and a point of escalation.

 

The ideal candidate for this role will understand the detailed nuances of the gaming and lottery industries and be an expert in building effective working relationships across multiple disciplines.

 

This is a key new role in the NPi business and for the successful candidate provides an excellent platform for career progression.

 

  • Inspire and motivate the account management team through effective leadership, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that consistently exceeds targets and promotes collaboration.
  • Mentor and coach team members to cultivate their professional growth, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and tailored development opportunities that enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the account management team.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for each of NPi’s customers that aligns with the company's vision and revenue growth goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of annual growth plan, quarterly updates, and monthly reports.
  • Working across the NPi team, you will lead a monthly cadence of growth meetings to review progress, critically assess the success of growth plans and recommend adjustments or pivots as may be required.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Research and illuminate key trends affecting our business, laying out options and potential plans for addressing them.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Form business cases to pursue high-potential opportunities raised by the growth team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading customer-facing organizations for B2B tech, SaaS or enterprise software company - iGaming or iLottery experience is preferred.
  • Experience driving both low-touch and high-touch customer engagement activities to success, including management of customer issues and escalations.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate the execution of plans across departments.
  • Proven success in leading teams within a matrixed organization is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • An eye for detail, good with numbers and ability to track results.
  • Adept at working with customers, building trusted and long-term relationships.
  • Up to 50% travel
